The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Bill – A Generational Investment and Policy Vehicle
The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), or Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, is a $1.2 trillion shot in the arm for America’s infrastructure. But within the new programs and changes to existing programs, Congress has conveyed some clear policy priorities that should be considered as project sponsors seek to align their programs with the funding opportunities created by the bill. The presentation will cover a summary of the new and modified funding opportunities and the key policy directives embedded within each.
