Please Note: A Teams meeting invite to the event will be emailed to all registered meeting attendees on April 22nd. Attached to this invite will be the PDH questionnaire that you must download, complete, and return to receive your PDH certificate.
You MUST be logged into the Teams meeting for at least 50 minutes of the one-hour presentation. Your log in and log out times are recorded by the program. PDH certificates will be issued only to individuals who registered for the meeting, returned the completed questionnaire and have meet the attendance duration requirement.
